1. ABOUT SHIPPING
Most Vakumar orders ship from our warehouse in the USA, so the ETA for every parcel is 1-3 weeks, depending on the shipping option you choose.
We ship worldwide (with some exceptions).
While we do our best to ensure that the shipping rates customers see and pay for are accurate, they may sometimes differ from what is expected. If additional shipping costs are required, we will contact the customer to request payment or, if possible, offer an alternative solution.
We will contact you for payment, e.g., Pending tax payment.
All in-stock products are shipped as soon as possible, usually within 1 working day. Some made-in-house parts are made to order and will usually ship within 7 working days. However, there may be delays during busy periods or around holidays. Please allow an additional 1 business day for processing orders placed on the weekend. We work our hardest to get orders out as soon as possible.
We now offer free shipping on orders over $99. For orders under $99, we charge $5.99- $8.99, and some countries or regions require $12.99-$18.99 shipping.
It is the customer’s responsibility to submit the correct shipping address. Failure to do so could delay delivery or cause damage to us.
Contact us if your package is delayed 15+ days beyond the estimated delivery time.

The default logistics carrier for Standard shipping and free shipping is 4PX. At some point, we might change to other options like DHL EXPRESS or SF EXPRESS. For all in stock items , the order will usually be shipped out and the tracking number updated to your email in 1-3 work days.

2. ABOUT WARRANTY
If one or more of the products you received shows quality issues within the warranty period, you can request a Return Merchandise Authorization. All returns are activated after getting a Return Merchandise Authorization.
Procedures of our warranties:
Submit videos or photos along with your claim for prompt resolution.
We will contact you for more detailed information or response within 24 hours.
If a product is within our warranties, you may have to return it. The responsibility for the return shipping fee depends on the actual problems(wrong usage or factory defect)
Warranty time:
We provide a five-year warranty on products from Vakumar stores. (Except vacuum canisters and vacuum sealed bags!)
